The fit out included ceilings, partitions, raised access floors, security installation, full M&E, out of air-conditioned offices, floor finishes and furniture, as well as all external hard and soft landscaping and utility hook-ups.

The demanding programme for the projects was achieved through focused project management of the sub-contract packages by Bennett, combined with detailed forward planning of resources and activities.
