The development was divided into a private section of apartment blocks (119 residential units), retail section (7 retail units) and a public section comprising the sports and leisure facility.   Both sections shared a common basement with parking for 280 cars.   

The public section comprised of a sports hall, fitness gym and ancillary hall for aerobics and other classes.   Also included in the development was a play room for the children, a wet and dry changing area, sauna and steam room.   The 25m four lane swimming pool was constructed with a waiting and view area with a learners swimming pool to one side.
