This project included the construction of an 8 storey hotel over basement on a site at the busy junction of Lavington Street and Great Suffolk Street London SE1.
The site was located in South East London (SE1) in close proximity to Southwark Tube Station and was a short walk from Waterloo Station.
The building was 8 storeys above basement and provided 4,808m2 of accommodation. The hotel contained 122 bedrooms from 1st floor upwards.
The ground floor contains ancillary restaurant and office accommodation and plant is located at basement and at roof level.
The site was registered under the Considerate Constructors Scheme and received certification for ‘Performance Beyond Compliance’.
