Bennett were the Main Contractor on the refurbishment of Fountain House, Donegal Place in Belfast for Primark. 

This store is the first ever stand alone home store for Primark.

The works included the partial fitout and redecoration of the store with a sales area of 8,7000 sq ft.  

This store is Primark’s 10th in Northern Ireland and marks a new lease of life for the Fountain House building, which previously served as a temporary location for Primark from 2019 to 2022, while the Bank Buildings store underwent restoration.
